Is this journal suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. You don't need to have any previous journaling experience. Whether you're completely new to journaling or already have a regular practice, the journal is designed to meet you wherever you are.
How long does the journal last?
The Effortlessly Her Journal is designed a 12-weeks journey, with each of the four phases lasting 21 days.
Consistency is encouraged to help you build momentum and get the most out of your experience, but there is no pressure to rush. The 21-day structure is intentionally designed to make the process feel achievable and sustainable, allowing you to focus on one phase at a time and build consistent habits along the way.
Unlike traditional journals that often follow a monthly format, the Effortlessly Her Method uses 21-day phases to create a sense of progression and encourage you to stay engaged throughout your journey.
Is the journal dated?
No. The journal is undated, so you can begin whenever you're ready and use it at your own pace.
Shipping and Delivery
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know on support@effortlessly-her.com and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We accept returns maximum 14 days after delivery of the product.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Europe: 10.49 euro
UK, Switzerland: 15.49 euro
IMPORTANT: If you purchase more than 2 journals at once, then the shipping cost will increase due to the size of the shipping box in which the journals will have to be shipped in.
